  never again! I ordered bunk beds for my girls for Christmas, specifically scheduled the delivery and paid for set up for this past Saturday - the foot board on the top bunk was split which they said they would replace but then the bottom head board was" made wrong" it bowed in and the "bunk beds" cannot sit on top of each other because they do not line up. So they again said they would replace them - OK great however i had to call 3 places , the store that i made the purchase from, then call customer service then the delivery / install company - all are different. now in order to have my kids Christmas present their bunk beds functioning by Christmas i now have to take off work to have them come back out - now all three "company's" said they were sorry however not one person offered any compensation or understanding and passed the "buck" from one another. i did what i needed to in order to have their beds up by Christmas, scheduled the delivery for a Saturday for my convenience and well in advance for all this to "work " out the way I - me the customer who just spent over $700 - needed it to work YET what happened was not my fault at all yet I am the one being inconvenienced just days before Christmas.
